Subscriptions

Groups and/or Users can subscribe to both events and maintenance notifications. The events and maintenance are defined in the camera and NVR configurations.

The screen shots below illustrate how Camera Events, NVR Events, and NVR Maintenance can be assigned subscriptions. To edit an entire group’s subscriptions, click on the Groups Tab in the System Settings windows. A red light indicates that the group is not subscribed to that camera’s events, and a green light indicates that a group is subscribed. See Group camera structure permissions for more information.

Note: The actual events for devices are configured by the Camera and NVR management windows.

To change user subscriptions for users independently of a group setting, click on the Users Tab. Left-click on the icon to toggle through the subscription options. See Establishing user permissions for more information.
